We are proud to announce the completion of this project!

On November 6th, 2015 Rock Christian High School held a dedication ceremony for the newly constructed second floor. The second floor has five classrooms and one large multipurpose auditorium. The auditorium will be used to conduct assemblies, special events, and audio/video screenings.

Budget necessary: $110,000

Funding will be used for:

• Building classrooms on the second floor of the Rock Christian High School.
• Material costs such as cement, bricks, electrical, etc.
• Labor financing.
• Equipping classrooms for a proper learning environment.

Aim:

To build a second floor on the Rock Christian High School. This will allow the School the opportunity to be furnished with more classrooms and provide education to more of those in need and hopefully double the number of prospective students.

6/30/2015

Summary:

For many parents, their children’s education is their biggest concern, in India most parents cannot afford to send their kids to a proper school.

The Rock Church of India witnessed the need and began a process to better the education which was being provided to these children. They established the Rock Christian High School in 1995 and have been taking in students ever since. The Rock Christian High School currently has 680 students from the 1st to the 10th grade.

Though thousands have been educated by the Rock Christian High School there are still many more in the surrounding villages who go through life believing they will never receive an education.

RWM is partnering with Rock Church of India to help raise the funds required to double the student body by building the space necessary for more classrooms. With the extra classrooms Rock Christian High School can take in more students than ever before.
